When Power Problems Take You by Surprise in Hope, BC

The other night half the lights in my place went out after I plugged in a space heater. At first I thought I just tripped a breaker, but when I checked the panel, nothing was switched off. I reset everything anyway, but the lights still flickered on and off randomly.
